Episode 38: Philip Rowe at Cox on Sunshine

Jan Henderson interviews Philip Rowe (Director) from Cox Architecture, on the Sunshine Construction Futures campus building at Victoria University in Melbourne, an award winner at the World Architecture Festival 2013 Singapore, where Jan also caught up with Phil briefly.

The Sunshine campus hosts building and construction trade courses, a range of engineering courses and the Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP).

The world class trade training centre called Construction Futures opened in 2012. This brand new $44 million state-of-the-art industry training facility is home to the Trades College’s construction program. The building is flexible and adaptable, and can be modified to suit industry demand and emerging technologies. The building also has a 6-star Green Star rating.
