Episode 46: Venice Biennale Launches

The AIA has been working hard behind-the-scenes to create this year’s 14th International Architecture Exhibition – la Biennale di Venezia Australian exhibition without the infrastructure of a permanent building, as it is currently under reconstruction. The need to mount an exhibition that must run for six months instead of the usual three has thrown extra challenges at the creative and organisational teams behind this year’s effort. Jan Henderson attended the launch of the Biennale effort and spoke to some of the key participants in the team, whose creative solution is unique and breath-taking.
